I have read numerous articles on the internet (link) which discuss the possibility of Major League Soccer merging with the Mexican League. I think that such a merger would be ridiculous and unnecessary. Major League Soccer can survive on its own.

Merger would never work, but i'm all for more opportunities for MLS and Liga MX to play more often.

Good luck convincing MLS owners to send their teams to get clobbered in Mexico or Mexican owners to get on board with all of MLS's bullshit roster rules for the sake of parity.
