is everyone aware that if your ISP is AT&T, you get ESPN360 for free? and you can login wherever you want and use it for free?
I get it free with Cox too, but last time I tried to login at work it told me I have to be at home. Guess Cox doesn't get the perks.

if you actually register an account when you're at home you can use it anywhere (I believe)I get it free with Cox too, but last time I tried to login at work it told me I have to be at home. Guess Cox doesn't get the perks.

Hell yeah, hell yeah!Do you use it?
I've got two slings courtesy of my job. No you can't borrow one!
I've got a Blackberry 9630 and had to 'fake it out' a bit since my phone isn't officially supported. But once it got working I was very surprised at the performance.
If it looks as good on the iphone, do it. Then you've got a slingbox permanently, not just a special purpose app. My 2 cents.

If you can't watch anywhere else and you must, then yes.So you're saying it's worth the $30 to get it on my iPhone?
I dunno...
But don't forget the $150+ for the slingbox. And if you've already shelled out the cash for the sling, what's another $30?

Saw the promo for "all World Cup games on ESPN mobile" and checked it out. They direct you to download a free app called MobiTV. The app is free, and has a couple free live channels you can try out, and then $10 a month unlocks some other channels like Fox News, ESPN mobile, MSNBC, and a few others. Checked out the free channels to test...the load quickly and look great on wifi. On 3G, it takes a little more to load (usually in the 30 second range) and can get stuttery, but i think it would do in a pinch. They also have some on demand options, including daily show if you're a fan. I'm going to go ahead and plop down the $10 for next month and see how it handles the matches.
I got it the day of the Turkey game for 1 month. Runs good on the 3g, only glitched once or twice.

Myp2p.eu remains the standard i suppose...
I buy MLS MatchDay live early at a discount.
I use Myp2p.eu. and ESPN3.com
I troll veetle.com as well
I have been able to watch every game I want to watch.
