We need to get at least a point. Our road record is horrible. 1-6-1

Players need to be held accountable, but I think Jesse should of thrown Dax + Sacha in before that first RSL goal to get some possession.

Anyways, let's get a point at least.

Wins tend to dictate where teams are in the standings. Don't have much interest in draws so I really don't mind us going for these games.

I think we see this lineup although I guess it's pretty obvious.

Grella-----Sacha------Sam

--------Felipe-----Dax

Bilyeu-Baah-Zubar--Lade

Maybe no Sam.  I think Zizzo is probably tired so no him.

Always the possibility they appeal that bizarro Collin red card and he gets in.

I think they should definitely appeal that.  Was bullshit. Don't see how that would hold up under any circumstances.

Grella scores 10 seconds in.  Good guys win on the road 2-0.

So, no word so far on whether they appeal Collin's Red card?

I didn't see anything on the MLS or NYRB website about it.

They'd better get on that, the next match is the day after tomorrow already.

Don't blame me, I voted for Kodos.

wonder how the 3 english players on the squad are dealing with Brexit and will it affect them this weekend?

doesn't matter, because US/UK stuff is independent of the EU.    But there are 100 or so Prem players who would not qualify for work permits under the current rules now that the UK has exited.... maybe that will make it easier for MLS to bring guys here, since the UK becomes  a more difficult option.

the only immediate effects will be emotional.

it remains to be seen what will happen, but the referendum itself does not legally remove Britain from the EU.  That action will have to be taken by the new government.

Sweet, we appealed the red card.  Hopefully this is pretty simple and they rescind it.

I'm usually pretty cynical when it comes to these appeals considering how badly the world of soccer coddles its refs, but this has to be overturned right? No matter what call the ref thought he made, its wrong. This isn't just arguing the severity of a call.
