Is there any in this rout with authority to treat with me? Or indeed with wit to understand me?
Hoping for a Chicago win, Scum win (ugh), Columbus/NE draw, LA domination.
That shakes out, we are within striking distance of second place.

Do we really care what happens with DC and KC? Is 2nd really an improvement over 3rd?
I sincerly hope they do anything and everything they can to avoid that dreaded play-in game. Don't care if it's at home or at worse (beacuse of our dismal record), away. With this squad, I'm very nervous about that prospect of a win or go home scenario.

helpful write up on NYRB.
1. D.C. United (4 games left, 51 points)
Bradley Wright-Phillips "I prefer it at Red Bull Arena, but it was OK. I could imagine it being good for a baseball crowd.

Are you aware of our playoff record at home, specifically RBA?
Overall I think this will come down to be one of the most exciting playoff races in league history. DC is lock to make the playoffs, and more than likely will win the conference. Chicago is done, they will play spoiler. Everyone else will make it an exciting ending to the season.

Very Metro like ending to the Philly game. Cough up a late lead on a huge mistake by your new gk signing who's playing over MacMath who's had a decent season.
Ends as a tie. Major blow to the Union's playoff hopes.
The best part about that fuck up, they drafted a highly touted keeper last year with their first pick. Still started MacMath throughout the year, and then decided to splash $240K on Mbolhi as a mid-season acquisition. Just remarkably Metro like, although that shouldn't surprise anyone with Sakiewicz in charge.

I wonder what is Philly's long-term strategy here. Maybe they've got wind that the next CBA will alter the rules to allow 2 GKs?
DC - KC ended in a 0-0 draw, allowing the Scum to clinch a playoff spot. According to SportsClubStats, this decreased our chances to make the playoffs by 0.2%, aka no effect.

KC sucks this year. Are the scum out of the shield?

Mathematically no, but they only have 3 games left and at the same time LA and Seattle still play each other twice.

Galaxy beating TFC with 20 minutes left right now...
We did the job to them last week so LA Galaxy is returning the favor this week.
