It is in his best interest to play hard and produce. Hopefully reason prevails.

Emotions can make people act contrary to reason and their own best interests. So can agents & friends.

We are good enough to beat the best teams, and bad enough to lose to the worst teams.

One match against arguably the worst team in the league shouldnt be a barometer for how we perform without our #10. This week against Orlando wont be that barometer either.

He was class and all over the field in 3/4 of the CCL matches. Hopefully hes learned his lesson and continues his strong play to earn the move he wants

For all the gripping by him, he is not bringing it on the field. He should focus his bitching attitude to tear it up, rack up assists and goals, so RedBull will be willing to offload him. Yet, Kaku has been the least influential player for over a Year now. Looking like he was a bad gamble. Should have gone all in for Pussetto.

He's set up only two goals since July of last season.

One at home against Columbus in the playoffs. One on the road against the Dominican team earlier this year in CCL.

He was so shitty today. The simplest crosses and passes just so terrible.

I’m not sure him or Murillo remember how to hit a cross. That said, um not completely freaking on Kaku. His mind works quick and we have so little of that.

so many problem areas in the squad right now. kaku's attitude, etc is just one of the issues.

You should not have broadcasters saying "wow he mishit that ball under no pressure" multiple times per game when talking about your star #10.

Can't help but feel like he's just plain checked out right now. He had a decent stretch in the second half yesterday but that needs to be his level for 90 minutes every game, not 30 minutes every few games like we've seen this season.

“I spoke a lot with Kaku,” said Espinoza, referring to Red Bulls playmaker Alejandro Romero Gamarra. “He told me a lot about the league, that he was happy at Red Bull, and that they had treated him marvelously from the first day he arrived. He was super happy because, like me now, he found upon his arrival a league that is very competitive and that continues to grow every day.”

Interesting that Kaku gave MLS/RBNY an endorsement. For context, though, Espinoza was signed on January 2, so it's likely it came before shit hit the fan with Club America, etc.

Those who want him benched for a few games will get their wish.

Will this now force the cheap as fuck FO into spending some cash on signings?

They may take the opposite lesson.  Both of our most expensive South American signings have turned out to be dumber than posts and more trouble than they are worth. They may well double down on play the local kids approach. At least those kids have brains.
