Pro: Team investing in creating a "radio" broadcast in English in Spanish. That's a new effort on their part.

Con: Team cannot convince real radio to do an English (or Spanish now?) broadcast. That's kind of pathetic.

1) cool for Steve Jolley
2) congrats to Thunderbolt7
3) we're one step away from launching a radio deal on a Skype dial-in conference call.

Smh.

Oh well.

I used to love love love hearing Ernesto Motta back in the 90's on WADO 1280 and having guests like Ramos and Balboa  :)+ .  Maybe not winning any actual hardware killed ratings or lack of money.  Either way, no actual radio in such big market is such a big question mark.  They should just hire Dave Martinez and Mark Fishkin to some deals on some local radio station to start off.

"unveil the "New York Red Bulls Radio Network""

Nice, our very own network -- should be just like WFAN or ESPNNY

meantiime WFAN is running guerilla marketing for Boy City - you can call in to win Yankees tickets and they throw in the soccer game.

Don't blame me, I voted for Kodos.

Technically not really "radio". They could of been doing this for the last 15 years. Better late than never I guess.

Re: "convince" a radio station.... The only way club is getting on traditonal English language radio is to buy the time.

I'm happy to see Ernesto/Jolley back, good dude(s).  It's not actually radio, but w/e.
