Sad given they are dead last in the league, haven't won a single match and had one point out of eight matches coming into tonight. We beat them 6-0 earlier in the season.

In addition to being a Red Bulls fan, I went to Manhattan so I have to ask, how is Gohier doing?

We are good enough to beat the best teams, and bad enough to lose to the worst teams.

3W, 3L, 4D on the season. 6th out of 8 teams, but only a win away from 2nd place.
Remaining 4 matches this season will all be at home, starting with Long Island on Tuesday.

Talked to two people at the match and they said it was a well reffed match. Cedar Stars twitter handle was quite bitter throughout the match.
Looking through their posts, this seems to be a trend of theirs. Complain about officiating for most matches. Pretty sad.

No, only the top team in each division (and we finished fourth) qualify, along with the best record of the second place teams.

Currently 14 teams make the playoffs, from 72 clubs in 11 divisions. Seems enough.only the top team in each division (and we finished fourth) qualify, along with the best record of the second place teams.

I could see LI Rough Riders being upset, missing the playoffs with only 1 loss in 13 matches so far, but 7 ties have cost them a lot of points.

For sure. They just ended their season with a 3-3 draw, which leveled them on points with Ocean City, but 3rd due to tie breaker (loss to OC earlier in the season).Currently 14 teams make the playoffs, from 72 clubs in 11 divisions. Seems enough.

Playoffs are Western Mass Pioneers, Reading United, and North Carolina Fusion. GPS Portland Phoenix from the Northeast Division takes the wild card spot.
