I don't get the impression that Klinsmann is a Dax fan, but if this form keeps up, there's a chance we'll lose him for the Gold Cup. He deserves a call-up based on current form.

If Robles can't get the call up i don't expect Dax to either.

Since Klinsmann loves Bradley in a more advanced midfield position, I can see a guy like Dax as a defensive midfielder doing the dirty work behind Bradley. Still don't think he'll get a call up.

Zubar and Miller back soon. Would like to see Kemar Lawrence at left mid when that happens.

You should know better than to judge a player after one game.
Sometimes I think the entire Red Bull existence has been some 19 year old kids football manager save file he only plays when he comes home drunk. - 'Mibabalou'

I was thinking specifically of the Jerrod Laventure goal in 2006. His one and only and eerily similar to the Grella chip. Against the same team to boot.

BTW those 2007 jerseys look a lot like the rbII jerseys, very tshirt like.

I do, but coaches often do not, especially when its a pet player

Had the exact same thought when I saw the USL jerseys. Nearly identical to the 2006 jerseys.

Beckerman has owned that spot... Not sure what Dax would have to do to take it, but I selfishly have no interest in him getting pulled into international duty

People value most what they see as their own strengths, and value least what they see as their own weaknesses. Count how many times the Princeton grad we have now uses the word "intelligent" when talking about the players. Think about the type of player Petke was, and how many times he would use words like "fighter." It's no surprise a guy like Grella or Holgersson struggle to make the cut with Petke, but would with the new regime. Likewise, no way these current guys would have ever signed Luke Rodgers (Not a Petke hire, but absolutely would have been).
Coincidence that the first new RB2 player they choose to profile is the Ivy League kid?
