If we're being real, Olosunde isn't going to make it at United.  He turned 20 today, he hasn't even made a bench for the first team AFAIK, and he's being moved all over the field with the U21 team.

I see a lot of parallels between his development and Brooks Lennon's, except Olosunde didn't go to the U-20 World Cup.

He would of been farther along in his development if he stayed with rbny. What a shame.

Anytime a former academy kid can come back is a good thing, IMO.

exactly, like if Tim Weah said, I'd like to go back on loan for 1-1.5 yrs, would this team/fanbase say no? i'd hope not.

Interesting, with Duncan out all season and Olo's development at Man U stunted, AND with our ability to develop players well this makes a whole lotta sense.

Not much to go on based on tonight's USMNT game.  He looked OK, but everyone looked OK or better since this Bolivian team was pretty weak.

Who's playing RB now?  Kutler, Lade, or am I missing someone.  They could use a higher level fill in for the next month.  If they can get MO in and on the field before Murillo gets back from Russia, it might fill a need.  But Murillo could be back by the end of June, and if MO can't transfer until July, MO probably doesn't see the field this year.

Now, if they want to bring in him with the idea that they will sell Murillo after the World Cup, that makes some sense.

Also a decent likelihood offers come in on Murillo after the World Cup.

I still wonder if Murillo gets sold in the summer window. There's enough interest for this to happen and get a seven figure transfer fee.

Did we figure out if there's an allocation issue, now that hes been capped?

Are they still trying to upgrade on Royer, or was Pussetto their only target?

MLS has a list of players who require allocations... he is not on it.*

It's probably Atlanta or LAFC who are the darlings now...

Lade and Kutler to battle it out for the starting job, assuming Murillo goes.

Lade and Kutler to battle it out for the starting job, assuming Murillo goes.

Which would be a definite downgrade.

Lade hasn't been able to land a starting job through multiple iterations of the roster and Kutler is too raw to be relied upon.

The club should be in win-now mode and Murillo gives them the best hopes. He should be blocked from leaving until the off-season.
