If I am remembering correctly, early Cangi had a lot of hockeyisms sprinkled in. Always made for a good laugh.

Anyone know what other fanbases think of Cangy? To me, he elevates the entire broadcast, but that might just because he's familiar.

I mean he is objectively great. He is knowledgeable about the teams playing and the league in general. I would be surprised if he has serious detractors.

I've seen some people say that his yelling can be grating, which I get, but it's what I've been used to for a long time. Really wish he called more RBNY matches these days.
