WTF was in the Montreal - Philly game? VAR called the goal off, but then the ref decided to VAR again and the goal was back?

WTF was in the Montreal - Philly game? VAR called the goal off, but then the ref decided to VAR again and the goal was back?

The camera angle they used on the initial view didn't show Wagner on the endline, so they wrongly ruled it out, the Montreal staff loudly pointed out the fuckup, VAR rd. 2 with a better angle, goal allowed.

No excuse for this not being automated.
