Tolkin was coaches pick - cant wait for the Wayne Rooney JMi pic!

Tim Parker also coaches pick

Bradley Wright-Phillips "I prefer it at Red Bull Arena, but it was OK. I could imagine it being good for a baseball crowd.

European window closes 9/1.

Enjoy Leagues cup, because methinks Tolkin might have already played his last MLS league game.

i also dont think JMi is going this summer. mainly because while his stock in context for MLS is up my view on his ultimate upside has lowered a lot this season.  I just dont think he is a good enough athlete to defend some of the rapid wingers you see on top teams.  not that he wont move eventually but i dont expect to get the type of crazy fee to make us sell before he has 1 year left on deal.

Winter at earliest
He was also told he is behind Dejuan Jones whether u agree or not
Also he wants to be playing in order to make Olympic team so wants to find right situation

If/when Tolkin leaves, could we make a move for Gutman from Colorado?

Tolkin has been by far the best player, should they push it him to the left wing at the start of the next match?????
I just want Metro to win a title sometime in my lifetime.

The kid is still young and has played a lot of minutes.  He's very durable, but you wonder if the wear and tear of the season is catching up to him.  Game winning assist notwithstanding, last night was not his best game.  I thought it was a good move to take  him out, give him a short night to prepare for Toronto this weekend.

Anyway, the roster for the USMNT's October friendlies is out, not surprisingly Tolkin was not called.  He seems to be behind Robinson, Lund and Jones at LB.  It's unclear where he stands in regards to Vines (who is just coming back from a bad injury) and Wiley.  Maybe Tolkin can make the Olympic team next year.

You may be right but I am not sure I have a lot of confidence in Berhalter's selections and substitutions generally.

The shot of him applauding the crowd as he subbed out tonight made me feel like he's a goner after the next game.
