The New York Red Bulls has reached a verbal agreement to sign Emil Forsberg from RB Leipzig, sources briefed on the talks tell The Athletic. Those sources stress that no deal is done or signed yet and talks remain ongoing.

Forsberg has played in Leipzig since 2015, but now the 31-year-old could be on his way out. According to information, he has verbally agreed to a four-year contract with Red Bull New York.
