Just have to fire Marc DeGrandpre and it would be the perfect start to the off-season. Granted the coaches and Hamlet should have been fired 1 hour after playoff failure

Would love to see that as well, he has long overstayed his welcome here and we could very much use a fresh take on running the club in terms of off the field.
