No way anyone is defending that PK call; it was terrible. Can't be "dumb defending" when you literally don't touch the guy.

Could be wrong but no one on any other team has referred to that guy as a ringer. The issue was that a 25 man roster (Enough for 2 full squads and then some) was to be put forth prior to the tournament. Gary was left off their roster and thus shouldn't have been playing. He's not a ringer.
B&G put 3 players on their roster who are now unavailable and that's just the way it is. We put on an injured player in the hopes he'll be ready in time for the final, as well as putting on people who have work commitments that might keep them from playing every weekend. In the first game in question VSUFC had a player they wanted to play but because he wasn't on their 25 man roster they opted against it because it wasn't fair.
The running issue was that perhaps it was a mistake on the first game so it was a "no harm" and the teams agreed to a draw. On this last game it was known well in advance and he was played anyway.
No one is taking the game "too seriously" (Ok, maybe 2 or 3 people are) but there is ONE rule in the entirety of the tournament and it's not being followed.
One is certainly free to name call or complain about why it's happening but everyone had been made aware of this ONE rule weeks before the tournament started.
Edit: Joel also has a yellow card.
Was this new board layout on the agenda at the LARS meeting? Or was it a soccerpubs.com upgrade that we had nothing to do with? This shit is too clean looking, or as they say in the IT world 'stream lined'...meh.
We had nothing to do with it. Absolute happenstance that the morning of the meeting coincided with the boards being redesigned. It is a much cleaner, less junky look and more important has a mobile page to make navigating from a cellphone or tablet easier.
A LARS newsletter/email would be cool. Maybe a LARS PR representative to hand press releases?
1. I imagine this falls under my jurisdiction and if enough people are interested in one we could certainly make that happen. I'm personally considering leaving FB myself.
2. My delegation is not filled out yet so if anyone is interested in the Galaxy/MLS Front office side of what we do get in contact.
This killed all boards desire for me
Also to further fragment LARS communication, there's also a sweet google plus hangout with constant ongoing soccer, galaxy, and life discussions. if you have a smart phone, install google plus, and message me.
Rowe is their #3 and I doubt Perk's going to be all too interested in playing 3rd string fiddle now that he's tasted the starting lineup.
Spoke to him a few months back and his main concern was how little playing time he got here.
That number is about to be reduced considerably.
On the other hand a starting MLS keeper will be our GK playing away games in the CL and in the USOC.
Like the Hesmer signing if he can come back from the injuries all the way
I trust Bruce.
And has "No intention on signing a new contract and wishes to test free agency". We've got one chance to make history in MLS with a three peat and that's 2013. Go big or go home.
Thanks to Zero, we confirmed Omar Gonzalez has a year left on his contract.
