I don't think it's a crisis, but at the end of the day we're leaving a valuable roster resource sitting in the shelf and I'm surprised at how many people are totally OK with it.
Even if you're confident in the RW-by-committee approach, wouldn't it be nice if one of the guys on that committee was a serious baller instead of Epps or Ivan? Because there's nothing stopping us from doing that, and we had more than enough time to prepare a move for the winter.
I don't see confidence in the current group and a disappointment in the unused DP spot as mutually exclusive.
Nobody is totally ok with it. The reaction started against the term "FAIL". No one is saying they don't care if more talent is added.
I think management at the NY level is doing a damb good job with the financial resources they are given. Austria is the block. There are just so many times you can hit your head against the wall over the lack of a RW signing. At some point you have to move on. This thread has become so dead horse.
