I love how the Galaxy paragraph is longer than the Barca paragraph

The Galaxy would go on the world's shit list.

Are you kidding me? Mexico, Brazil and England would all be happy to hear that the Argie's chances of winning the WC are completely shot with Mara Droga as the coach and Messi with a broken leg. America should also join the celebration.

Right, but is it worth it if the Mexicans are happy?

Well, that is pretty much where our seats are at HDC.

Hey, we weren't really expecting Barca to be offered as one of our bonus games.

What's that Chalky used to say? Oh yeah, something like, "LARS: Demanding free shit since 2001"

This appears to be the only way that the Galaxy will ever see International play as their hopes for any Intl tourneys are nil. LA Galaxy: The Washington Generals of MLS.

Think back to the Madrid match where we got to see Zidane and co. show us how it's done. They went at 50% speed and totally outclassed our squad, and it was really fun to watch. If you like the sport, why wouldn't you want to see Messi, Xavi, Iniesta, Henry and Eto'o? This isn't like a Rangers or Sao Paulo friendly where there isn't a single player to care about.

...ooooh ooooooooh we are the riot squad...

I agree, the better question is Why wouldnt you want to go to see a game like this? Both AC Milan and Barce are Champions League quailty teams with World Class players. It was a treat to see Zedan and Roberto Carlos when Mardid came over, and I think seeing AC and Barce play will be just as good. Although I wish Barce were playing at the HDC; I've seen them play in the Rose Bowl, and its too big a stadium to apprecaite their play. Either that, or Im spoiled by the intimate confines that are the HDC...

This week's Weekly Update also confirms this. Galaxy to announce it on www.lagalaxy "this afternoon." Any guesses? Everton FC? Inter Milan? Chelsea FC? Or is someone else on the west coast this summer that we don't know about?

I am guessing its going to be Everton because they are out here and they will already be playing the MLS all-stars and a few other teams.

Hopefully, it'll be Macabi Tel Aviv. We need to have a Jewish Nite. But kickoff would have to be after sundown Saturday.

Bring on the hot Jews:
