So they need an international slot because they never got Royer a green card and because we have two players who never play, Jorgensen and Egbo, wasting them. Great roster building!

IMO Muyl is a more valuable piece than J or E.

Great building indeed. Jesus.

I will miss Muyl.  One of the most likable guys on the team who always gave 100%.

I would love to see a big number 9 striker

Isn't Tetteh the new striker?

Once you came to grips with Muyl's limitations, it was hard not to like him.  Worked hard, occasionally did something really nice, occasionally did something not so nice.  It was cool that he was from NYC.  Good luck to him, hopefully, he'll get more time in Nashville than he would here.

Sorry to see him go. At least he brought us something in trade.

The tweet said the international spot is only part of the deal, we have to see what the rest is before we can judge it.

And, while Jorgenson should be considered a miss at this point, we dont really know about Egbo yet.

Thelwell impressing me.  Run the team with conviction.  If you're wrong, whatever but at least make things in your image.  I didn't hate Muyl, but as the league gets better and better, someone not very athletic such as him I believe becomes a bigger liability.  Guys who work hard though are valuable so that hurts.

I think Omir's and Stroud's playing time might increase with Muyl's departure more than allow Mines to see the field. Still think he needs more seasoning with RB2.

Tetteh can play either wing or striker. He took the number 11 which is traditionally a wingers number but I wouldnt read too much into it. If no other attacking player is brought in Id expect him to start up top.

Dont know if the information is accurate on the league website so they either needed an international spot for Tetteh or they are planning on bringing in another player.

Muyl probably maxed out his usefulness at RBNY, and his ceiling here is probably an energy substitute which is something they can get out of someone on the reserve roster.

With Yearwood and Tetteh joining and Muyl leaving RBNY have 3 senior roster spots open and maybe 1 international spot.

The last year or two, this team's had a glut of decent but not great wingers.  There's not a big difference between Valot, Mines, Muyl, Omir, Stroud, even RZA.  After Royer and Kaku, there's a lot of guys for not a lot of minutes.

I'd put Valot, when healthy, in a separate category, but your point is well taken.
