Group stage draw complete.
https://en.m.wikiped...gue#Group_stage
RBL in Group A with ManCity, PSG & Brugge.
RBS in Group F with ManUtd, Villarreal & Young Boys.

We are good enough to beat the best teams, and bad enough to lose to the worst teams.

Group A is brutal, rightfully getting the Group of Death moniker. Group B I also find interesting, a lot of quality from top to bottom.

A ... Group of Death ... B ... quality from top to bottom.

IMO B is the Group of Death.

We are good enough to beat the best teams, and bad enough to lose to the worst teams.

Certainly fair. Interestingly, if you care about such things, I discovered this as I was browsing 538s Soccer Power Index:

https://projects.fiv...ampions-league/

If you take the cumulative scores for the teams in each respective group, you get to the following:

Group A: 327.7
Group B: 327.6

So, according to 538, the 2 groups are identically strong.

I stand corrected.

We are good enough to beat the best teams, and bad enough to lose to the worst teams.

I still think the way the team strength is distributed matters for a "Group of Death."  If there are high odds of a top team being eliminated (i.e. 3 or 4 great teams), then it's a Group of Death.  If it's just 2 really good teams, then no.

this reaction by Henry to Michah Richards take, that he only recently thinks Benzema is good, is awesome

Bradley Wright-Phillips "I prefer it at Red Bull Arena, but it was OK. I could imagine it being good for a baseball crowd.

But was the defender's arm in an unnatural position for the penalty...? :)
A nice Panenka and some questionable defending for a few of the goals. Fun match, though. Hopefully the return leg is just as exciting.
