The 2020 edition is up and running in Qatar after a 2-month delay.

The semi-finals are Sunday and Monday.

Sunday (2/7) is Tigres v Palmeiras, 1 PM ET on FS2

Monday (2/8) is Bayern Munich v Al Ahly 1 PM ET on FS2

Thursday (2/11) Final 1 PM ET on Fox Network

The Frenchman Gignac is a scoring machine for Tigres. They might just go through and become the 1st Concacaf team in the final.

Gignac PK sends Tigres to the final!

We are good enough to beat the best teams, and bad enough to lose to the worst teams.

Tigres reminds me of the German national team. Very organized. A lot of passing. A lot of possession. Patient. Ironically they will be facing Bayern (assuming they go thru).

France's striker reject list: Benzema, Gignac. Now that Giroud is all but done, although he is chasing Henry's record for goals, I wonder if either of these old guys will be called back. It depends on what young guys they have for striker, and I don't think they have anybody good.

Was surprised to see Tigres as +250 underdogs. I didnt think Palmeiras was anything special in the Libertadores final, so naturally threw a small bet on Tigres to win.

Guessing they will be massive underdogs against (probably) Bayern though. Will still be a fun one to watch

I meant target forward. What Giroud plays. Big guy who holds up play, that type of forward. Mbappe is a forward/winger.

I wish it was Alphonso Davies who scored the goal.
