"The project, spread across 81 acres, will feature seven full-size outdoor soccer pitches, academy dorms, four practice fields, a field house, an indoor half field, a groundskeeping facility and buildings to house the team’s front office staff.
The total cost for the project would be about $112 million, the applicant’s planner Michael Tobia said at a meeting on May 16, and would be constructed in three phases over six years, finishing in 2028."

1. Glad they are still investing. Seems a positive sign.
2. Women's academy space & dorms is a good step for youth development for both the Men's & Women's game in the US.
3. If we don't spill some money into the transfer budget, I wonder if there will be anyone left in the stadium in 2028+ to see the benefits these investments provide, but, anyway, dead former owner or not, the investment continues, which is good (this was obviously in the works for a while). With a $112M price-tag, seems like it'll be a best-in-class (or close to it) kind of facility, which is good to hear.
Now, back to improving the first team roster...
