Anyone see this garbage?

SuperLiga 2.0

If we ever qualify for this, I hope they send the U-23 team. Not even RBNY II.

We got two real preseason international cups already, thank you very much!

its hilarious that the Dynamo are double dipping in this competition after being in champions league this season.  Obvious money grab that no one wants.  Only issue is that i wish boy city was invited but they can't deal with the scheduling of extra home games with no stadium

International Champions Cup masquerading as a real competition. Hilarious.

Frankly, since I am merely a fan and a not a fancy American soccer writer, I'm going to congratulate Wright-Phillips on a well hit goal. If I was an American soccer writer, I'd claim that the recently retired Henry was wearing an invisibility cloak and carried the ball into the net for the obviously unskilled Wright-Phillips.

If you scan YouTube looking for Bradley Wright-Phillips, youll find numerous goal compilations, a few interviews and, eventually, an excerpt from the grime mixtape series Lord of the Mics.

Beacuse MLS doesn't have enough one-sided rivalries already. . .

Glad we're sending our best! I would like to see more opportunity for MLS and Liga MX clubs to play, but this is dumb.

Houston's coach has already said that they plan on playing mostly USL guys in this tournament, I'd hope we do the same if we ever get invited... Although "voluntold" might be the better word for how the four teams here got involved.

Who are we kidding though, this thing probably won't even exist next year.

Naked attempt to build bridges with Mexican communities in these cities. Effectiveness is another question. Especially if MLS teams don't even try to represent themselves well, it probably won't help.

Hope we don't qualify for this during whats bound to be a few short years of existence for this competition.

So it looks like this tournament is being expanded to 16 Teams. Now, finishing (at least) top 4 in each Conference will guarantee a Team a place in either CONCACAF Champions League or this Leagues Cup.
