For all we know, he could have a 3 PM appointment.

Asked the reason the United States has thus far declined to renew his work visa, Soler was evasive, saying only it was a matter that Rodgers had failed to inform immigration authorities about. “They think he kept some information from them,” Soler said.
Sounds like Mr. Rodgers may either have failed to mention his previous run-ins with the magistrate or has "other" issues that have not come out. I am not a lawyer but this cannot bode well.

So....nobody has yet posted this part from the NYT article?

That is what delayed his Visa last year as well.

But it if nothing new came out in the past year, or no new incidents occurred...you would think it would be no problem right? That is what delayed his Visa last year as well.

He overstayed his Visa without notifying them... that's the missing information, and that's the sort fo thing they do not appreciate. But it if nothing new came out in the past year, or no new incidents occurred...you would think it would be no problem right?

You'd figure if it was positive then they would just come out with that... And Luke would be posting about his victory on facebook.
Instead I'm worried we're going to get something on his visa being denied
