Everyone was mediocre at best except for Meara, Parker, Long, and Murillo. They were due, though.

my impression of the first half was they kept trying to make the perfect pass around the box. They seem like thinking too much about 'breaking down the bunker' and trying to put too fine a point on it. BWP with a couple of near misses, but when he shot wide of the near post he had a man crashing at the far post as well.
Other times they were just plain sloppy.
Nothing to panic over, though a win would have put us right at the top of the Shield standings.
Don't blame me, I voted for Kodos.

Also laughed at how sad and pathetic the Sons of Ben are. I mean, I think a whopping 30 of them made the trip. It was so sad I almost felt bad for them. Chalk up another Nick Sac success story with Chester!!!
NY <3 nickelback? is this middle school?

Philadelphia is just so... boring. They probably should have won but I wouldn't have been mad about it, this game almost put me to sleep.

At least Sapong missed the PK. Take the point and move forward.

I keep tossing this out there because I'm genuinely curious and have yet to see an actual idea presented. How do you beat a bunker?
I keep thinking its more about personnel than tactics - toss out guys who are big enough to win the scrambles in the box, but for that you need a bench full of Alan Gordons. Other than that, I guess you just do your best to keep meaningful possession a little deeper to draw the other team out? That still relies on the other team losing their discipline though and usually just ends in fans whining that we're only passing horizontally and not shooting from distance.
