American elections are impossible to rig

We are good enough to beat the best teams, and bad enough to lose to the worst teams.

Voter fraud is easy to catch in this country. Whenever someone tries to commit voter fraud, they are caught.

There are a lot of data points that need to be consistent in order for a fraud to happen. To get these data points consistent, you would have to get a massive amount of people to commit this crime, republican and democratic officials who inspect the votes would have to agree to commit the fraud and every data point on file that has been consistent for that voter has to continue to be consistent. This would be for 1 district or county. Now imagine if the candidates cover multiple districts and counties.

You are more likely to get votes tossed out because someone dotted the "i" in the recorded signature and didnt dot the "i" when they voted. Now that is a huge problem but voter fraud is not.

They are not a reliable source. They are funded by the koch brothers who have a history of supporting legislation that makes voting more difficult and gerrymandering communities.

The fact that people get caught does not mean the system is broken. It means the system works.

If you dont believe me when I say election fraud is difficult.. maybe this article would explain it better.

That is an awfully big presumption.
The greatest frauds are never even discovered.
Next are those that are recognized but unpunished.

Voter fraud happens.

It does not appear to be impacting recent presidential elections.

We should continue to search for it.

In close elections it should be investigated thoroughly. If we don't investigate, then that leaves the door open for future fraud.

I don't believe in changing voting laws to strengthen 'perceived' weaknesses in the system. We should be making excuses to allow people to vote. Not making excuses for people not to vote. People already have enough excuses not to. Just my two cents.

Good for you. Looks like most countries disagree:

Why not make voting mandatory?
