Schedule 2020

02 December 2019 - 11:39 AM

Miami goes to the East, Nashville to the West.

The more surprising news is below the headline:

Each club will continue to play a 34-game regular season with 17 home matches and 17 away matches. Every team will play their 12 intra-conference opponents twice – once home and once away for a total of 24 matches – with the other 10 regular-season matches coming against the opposite conference. Those inter-conference opponents will be revealed with the full 2020 schedule release.

So MLS has just given up on even trying to make the schedule almost balanced.  There are 2 western conference teams that we would only play in MLS cup.

Petke files lawsuit against RSL

18 September 2019 - 04:50 PM

Might get moved to the dead horse forum, but thought this might deserve its own topic.

Petke filed a lawsuit against RSL claiming breach of contract. Aparantely when he was suspended by the team, he was told any additional incendents would be cause for termination, then he was terminated anyway.

Wild stuff.

01 August 2019 - 08:31 PM

Closest thing we've got to a rumor.

I probably shouldn't be saying this but during the signing event at RBA, Chris said they are very interested and close to signing a young premier league winger/left back.

2019 Gold Cup

20 May 2019 - 09:43 AM

Feel free to move to NMR, but I was just pointing out our players on provisional rosters:

40 man provisional rosters were released this morning that will eventually be narrowed down to the final roster.

Long, DEJ, Taxi, Jordan Scarlett, Murillo are all on a roster.

Tarps

29 April 2019 - 02:52 PM

Potential tarp removal for this game?

So have people finally come to grips with the fact that the tarps have nothing to do with renovations and are actually just to make attendance look less bad?  I don't remember if it was here or on twitter where people were throwing around "conspiracy theory" in regards to that logic.
