22. Linked to Minnesota and RBNY. Primarily a LB, but has also played some CB. Already recalled from his loan at League 1 Tranmere where he only played 3 times.

Played 29 matches at Scunthorpe in League 1 in 2018/19 mostly at LB, missed a few matches late in the season due to injury.

Another Englishmen, another Man U player (Tanner), another LB (but thats apparently one of the positions on the list to target)

Raises questions about Kemars time here even in 2020. Already signed Tolkin, invested GAM and a high draft pick into Seagrist, and have Buckmaster as a utility RB/LB on the roster.

I would think depth behind Duncan would be the higher priority.

Bobby Edwards from the Northern Irish second division

Formerly of the RBNY u-23s. RB2 or battling with Macintosh for the #2 spot.

At least it wont take an international spot

Getting players green cards

09 January 2020 - 04:59 PM

Getting players GCs expeditiously helps when trying to bring new players in. We arent good at that either.

Other clubs are run by independent ownership who dont have to get clearance from RBG on whom they are signing.

RBG strategy/philosophy for NY

13 December 2019 - 02:28 PM

Taxi is right. everyone else who says different AINT ON THE INSIDE. I'll take the opinion of a motherfucker from inside that locker room rather than ppl in the fanbase getting heated when ppl suggest spending $$ on improving the top end of the senior roster.

Agree about spending $$, just think theres a disconnect in the 2 sides of the fanbase regarding the reality of RBNYs philosophy.

The people who want 30+ year old Euro superstars on the last legs of their careers are never going to get that here.

Some people in this fanbase want Zlatans, Balotellis, Mandzukics, etc., when more Kakus or players a step below Kaku are the more realistic targets.
