Looks like a solid goalscorer.  No deep shots or ankle breaking dribbles but gets into the right place at the right time.  Unlike Barlow it seems like he can actually finish.

"I'm sure we won't hear much from [Philly] because of the quality of our fans, of how loud and how boisterous they are," Petke said. "They're probably going to drown them out. But I welcome it. I love it..."

Have fun with the "I Can't Believe It's Not Butter" commercial he did decades ago.

this is such a RB fetish signing.  They are such suckers for forwards like this (pure physical target man that is a willing runner).  Should be able to do the "Poulsen role" for us, which is what we try to use Barlow and White to do.  But you need the more skilled guy to play with someone like this.

Only positive is between Fabio and Harper Barlow cant be starting as much next year right?

Yes, that would seem to be the case. As long as Fabio can finish in MLS, I think we'll do ok.

So that's 2 Brazilians en route.

Looks pretty damn good to me. Like a tall young Brazilian BWP. If they went with 2 up top, White would get assists knocking balls down towards him.

Team acct tweeted something that had nothing but Brazilian flag emojis to spell out "F 9"

Assuming that's for Fabio, not Coronel, cuz I guess that'd be "GK 1" in Brazilian flag emojis, if it was indeed the RBS backup keeper.

globoesporte is a very reliable site, in my opinion

According to the story, he was second in scoring in the Brazilian second division in 2019. He left for Japan, scoring 5 goals in 19 games. He came back to his team in Brazil for the end of last season scoring 5 goals in 15 games, but his team was relegated to the third division

He has interest from teams in both the first and second division in Brazil, but he prefers a move to the US for the pay, the opportunity to live in the US and because he has a newborn girl

Short loan with option to purchase.  Low risk, why not?

Not sure it will pan out, but I am very impressed with Thelwell Struber thus far... maybe 3-4 potential new starters, some development guys 1-2 and I'm still expecting more additions.

This is a real roster overhaul.
