Well our matches have been so entertaining this season, literally 4 goals minimum every match.

No idea how we've had the best, 4th best then, 2nd best defense the last 3 MLS seasons.

We cannot keep a clean sheet to save our life.

TFCII is atrocious, 3W, 3D and 20L coming into this one.
The fact we couldn't beat them, at home, is concerning.

We really needed 3 from this one.

We sit 7th. 41pts with 5 to play.
Teams 8,10,11, and 12? Each have games in hand.
8: Nashville (39pts with 7 to play)
9: Ottawa (38pts with 5 to play)
10&11: PennFC and North Carolina FC (each with 35pts and 7 to play)
12: Charlotte is also in it with 35pts but only 6 to play.

Our next four games are on the road at each of those teams with games in hand. We truly control our own destiny. Then we close the year at home vs. a very good Pittsburgh Riverhounds team.

The road to the playoffs is going to be tough.

1-1 draw at Charlotte. Abang with the goal. Poured it on late but couldn't bury some sitters.
Playoffs are becoming a stretch now, but currently in 7th. A couple teams with games in hand, however.

No Koffi in the 18. Still not rostered per USL.

Still no wins on the road this year.

Will MLS now be Premier League Soccer?

We are good enough to beat the best teams, and bad enough to lose to the worst teams.

Per twitter it'll be:
USL Championship

USL 1

USL 2

I'm fine with it. I'm just wondering what other teams will move from USL 'Ship to USL 1, currently there are 8 with Rochester joining down the road.

Currently sitting in 9th place with 42pts. Playing Nashville at 8:30 tonight. They are in 8th with 43pts.

Ottawa and Bethlehem sit in the 7th and 6th seeds with 44 and 45pts. We have two games in hand on Ottawa and one in hand on Bethlehem. Ottawa plays Bethlehem tomorrow and Charleston, who sit in 4th place to end their season.

8pts seperate 5th place and 11th place. Going to be a bit of movement between now and the end of the season.

We have the 8th, 10th and 2nd place teams in 3 of our final 4 with Penn FC the only team not playoff bound in the mix.

Louro
Kutler-Ndam-Politz-Yanes
Casseres-Tinari
Stroud-Aguinaga-Moreno
Barlow

Bench: Levene, Lombard, Scarlett, Stauffer, de Vera, Echeverria, and Lema

Abang and White with the first team.

Nashville familiar faces: Kosuke Kimura starting at right back, preseason trialist Ish Jome starting up front. Former Academy and USL players Bolu Akinyode and Brandon Allen on the bench.

EDIT: Lema ended up starting over Casseres last minute (injury?)

Moreno scores in the 5th minute. Another Stroud assist.

Red card given to Jose Aguinaga in 25th minute on a challenge after getting stripped of the ball. Didn't pay attention when turning and went studs up on a Nashville player. Nashville score on the free kick.

Final 1-1. Ndam was really, really good.

Sitting in 10th place but a win would put us in 6th. Still winless away from home.

Still a wild standing board after last night's slate of games. We currently sit 10th but can finish anywhere between 5th and 12th.
Most teams are down to 2 games remaining.
Teams ranked 8th, 9th and 10th have 3 games remaining.

We play the 8th place team this weekend, then Penn FC, who no longer in the playoff hunt and have been on an Orlando-esque downfall, then finish the year with 3rd place Pittsburgh who will be battling for 2nd with Louisville.

Going to be tough for making the playoffs this year.

Consistency.

Haven't played the same eleven often this season. Many times they are giving the better players a game off.

Players also haven't been consistent which makes wondering who the best eleven really are.

The one consistency is that the team hasn't won a single game on the road this season.

Leading at halftime, 1-0 on an Abang header.

Abang did something off camera at the whistle and saw red. Once again, the assistant tells the ref to give red without looking for a review of any sort. Abang started going ballistic on the refs and security entered the field. Pushed a couple of them then pulled away from asst coach, Sekagya. Kicked a sponsor board towards Woly then gave the fans the "L" sign as he stormed past his team into the locker room.

Think it's safe to say he just blew his second chance. That said, would have loved to see what happened and if PRO, once again, screwed up.

EDIT: Cameras caught it. Abang grabbed a NCFC player right in front of the asst ref after the whistle and kicked the back of his leg, studs up. Deserved the red and F this guy. With playoffs on the line, he just screwed his team and any chance he stays with the team is pretty much off the table. Wouldn't surprise me to see the team waive him on Monday.
