For the record, im not mad about not getting a discount and never really was, i am upset with the service from my ticket rep. . Not looking for a bail out, just not expecting a bait and switch

You people who think canceling a ticket and then adding one deserves you a $100 bill from the Galaxy FO need to have a brain transplant.

It isn't a mother fucking bailout plan from AEG for dumbshits who love soccer. It is a way to INCREASE Season Ticket Holders in LARS.

Well, how would the g's know that maybe at the beginning of September someone is broke as a joke and drops the extra ticket and by the end of the month a rich uncle gave them a few k? It's all possible without being shady.

Will a brain transplant fall under obama's new health plan?

On another note......Can STHs stick together and charge at least 30 bucks to unload a ticket to a non sth? I can 100% see why josh doesn't have a st, when he gets them at the same price, or even cheaper depending on the match.

any need to ask? we are the highest priced stadium. Jump on any of the other clubs websites and their supporters sections are in the high 2's to 3's. the second ticket that people who add this season and get 100 bucks off, is probably priced about right at 390.

The ticket guys like Aaron and Kristen have a budget of money to spend to increase season tickets. If they spend it and don't get the return on investment expected, the money doesn't ever get budgeted again. They are right ot throw it at people who are adding, not subtracting and adding for ANY reason. So solly Pornranger!

I agree...our ticket prices are way too high.

I feel the Galaxy FO have given up on filling the stadium and have decided to jack prices up to the other folks to offset the lost ticket sales, ie make up in margin what they are losing in volume. I keep coming, so it must be working.

If you're broke at the start of the month and rich by the end you can just buy the ticket you couldn't previously afford and the $100 deal shouldn't be an issue, right?

No, the brain transplant was not included in the 1,200 page plan. Mild oversight.

And finally, if our tickets will average out to $23 per game then buying tickets at $25 ("LARS" Price) no longer makes sense for the Josh's of the world. Additionally, because of the new teams, next season's season tix will include only 3 bullshit (sorry, i meant to say bonus) games instead of the 5.

As for the high prices: AEG. But again, help us get to certain milestones in Season Ticket #s and we have better standing to bring those prices down.

What if you already dropped the second ticket in a panic at the beginning of the month, so that you could keep standing with your boyz in LARS? You still have to call, add a ticket and change your account....again. I'd say by now I've :deadhorse: so much that even the french would find this topic acceptable and tasty!

I'm still pro 30 bucks for non STHs.

chicken or the egg.

if they want more numbers = lower the prices first. dont wait for the numbers to increase to lower prices. Im pretty sure if 137/138 Season Tickets would go for about $200, more people would join.

but dont listen to me, I was not a business major, nor good at economics. take my ramblings as horseshit.

You are right, but I submit to you the following:
David Beckham arrives aka the Chicken.
Attendance increases aka the Egg.
Too bad the chick died, so now they need to be thinking about ways to improve attendance that revolve around real fans attending games regularly who know the names of the rest of the team members, not just hormonal Tweens shrieking when Goldenballs stretches out his hammy's.

i give 2 shits about the rest of the stadium. if they want LARS filling up 137/138, they should just throw us a bone. AEG can price gouge the rest of the stadium if they need to make their money.

Well not throwing me a bone was the was a deal breaker on me adding my 3rd seat in 138. so no instead of minus 1 season seat they are at minus 2. no accounting major, but what is the return on that investment.

Looks like Seattle is the second most expensive behind us, if you didn't have seats with the sounders this season, they are 400 bucks instead of 297 for 2011. TFC might be third at 360, but it's hard to tell cause their site is kind of f'ed and they really don't tell you exactly what the seats will cost in 11, because they have a big ass waiting list. Portland lists the TA as 360 also. I'd say anywhere under 400 would be about right for our tix.
