Going to be interesting to see who gets playing time in the friendlies and how that impacts our 18.

Have to figure Meara and maybe Muyl play this week at Indy Eleven in the USL game with the week off. With developing Abang and Barlow, no need to get White back there after just getting MLS time for the first time the past few weeks.

Would be really good to get Muyl or Ivan some game time. Need keep everyone sharp for the final stretch.

Won there 1-0. Won here 1-0.
Hard to sweep on the road.

We are good enough to beat the best teams, and bad enough to lose to the worst teams.

I think I'd prefer a more natural winger on the road rather than trying to force Tyler, Sean and Rza into the same midfield. If DC wins on Saturday in the Bronx we'd need 8 points to clinch a Top 2 spot regardless of what NYC does the rest of the way. Take care of business and then fuck around a little bit.

This will be DC's 3rd game in 9 days, FWIW.

They looked awful against a NYCFC. Think Citeh were missing a ton of people too.

The swamps will be back Sunday for sure after whats left of the hurricane churns through the area.

Last game was ridiculous.
Downpour, flooding, poor drainage, leaks.
Then, there was the field!

We are good enough to beat the best teams, and bad enough to lose to the worst teams.

Remember when DC fans shit on RBA for literally years because of Sandy?  I hope their new shithole gets washed away.

If you scan YouTube looking for Bradley Wright-Phillips, youll find numerous goal compilations, a few interviews and, eventually, an excerpt from the grime mixtape series Lord of the Mics.

Them whining and crying about having to play the second leg here is the definitive proof they are all scummy trash. I mean the whole fucking shore was totalled and the whole region got hit with the biggest natural disaster in generations (and we are STILL recovering from it: EG: NJT/Amtrak tunnel and L Train being shut down) and these myopic clowns are crying that THEY are enduring a hardship? Motherfuck them with Ron Jeremy's Cock.

I was originally thinking that this was going to be a draw, but after the break and the scum being on the tail end of a similar gauntlet we had to endure, no reason to not put out the first team and destroy them by multiple goals. Predicting a water-logged pitch and a 3-1 win.

Adams scoring against both main rivals in a week?

The only thing that worries me about this game is the soggy pitch, it can be an equalizer.

Especially for our style of play.  We battle at least, and that type of field will end up with a lot of battles.  But it will definitely hurt any team that plays fast.
