We had the big wrap up tonight, with all the dealers and the new cars. I saw the 370Z and next year's 'Cube', as well as the 2009 Maxima. There was lots of alcohol. I started with beer and then again went to cognac, Hennessy, I think. Boz Scaggs played. I always like his stuff in th 70's. Ha ha! I remember the 70's! He sang Lowdown, The Lido Shuffle and Breakdown Dead Ahead, then said "Thank you Toyota!"...later on, a cover band played rad versions of disco and R&B songs. The singer was a young Tina Turner type and she developed an immediate crush on me on account of my dancing prowess and the fact that I knew the words to 'Forget Me Nots'.

PS I am drunk.

PPS I couldn't answer my phone tonight because I was in the meeting...
I'll be hangin poolside at the MGM Grand tomorrow.

Damn, I'm working for the wrong company.

Screw that! where is the Boz Scaggs pic?

Taking a photo wasn't in the cards.

It's hard to explain the scene: Imagine a room of about 4,000 people full of your bosses, their bosses, and their boss's bosses, and your most important customers, and your co-workers most important customers, all dressed in suits and ties, calmly seated for a business meeting, then ::poof:: Boz Scaggs appears and sings 6 hits from the 70's.

Heading out to Vegas this weekend. Does anyone know if any of the sportsbooks carry FSN? I'm hoping to catch the G's match on Sunday in between my gambling fixes.

You should be able to see it at the MGM (where I will be on Monday, after watching the G's take care of biz in SJ), I have seen it there before. then again you should be good anywhere since it off season for pointy football.

Try the Crown & Anchor, a short taxi ride away. It's worth it.
