We are good enough to beat the best teams, and bad enough to lose to the worst teams.

Only cap tied if he plays in a competitive match for the US (WC, WCQ, Gold Cup). Playing in a friendly doesn't get the job done.

2 goals in 2 games for PSG so far this year.  Not sure if he is our long term solution at striker or outside wing, but in either case, it's good to finally move on from the Jozy/Wood/Wondo years.

my preference is that the personnel from the last qualifying cycle should be purged. unfortunately, i think some stay into at least the group stage of CONCACAF WC Qualifying. i figure Jozy will remain as the main center fwd. sargent has to get 1st team minutes in 'Schland to merit any kind of consideration, or get selected for the U20s and is one of the tournament's best players. in the meantime Weah and Pulisic can get minutes on the wings of the USMNT, starter minutes.

Bradley may get recalled as well

Bradley is past it.  But I don't know who steps in right away to replace him. Maybe Trapp? And swap trapp with Adams and you've got yourself a good lineup.

he can help in the group stage (not the Hex), against the likes of Cuba, St Kitts and British Virgin Islands or something.
