Some career advice for all you youngsters out there:
Despite all of the talk about Tech jobs moving overseas, there is an absolute dirth of qualified software professionals in this country.
Even though outsourcing overseas is very much a reality, it still takes someone or some group of people that have good communication skills to bring everything together here stateside.
Microsoft .NET programming and anything mobile (iPhone or Android) are so hot right now that there are bidding wars between companies to get them in the door.
