I think this is 2nd straight start for Adams at CDM and he played a couple there as a sub
It look like that will be his to lose for next season

Also help that the RCB is back after 9 month layoff

Bradley Wright-Phillips "I prefer it at Red Bull Arena, but it was OK. I could imagine it being good for a baseball crowd.

RBL hang on to 3rd & the CL spot.

We are good enough to beat the best teams, and bad enough to lose to the worst teams.

RBL hang on to 3rd & the CL spot.

They had basically zero chance of missing CL today. Bundesliga top 4 goes straight to the group stage, and they had a 3-point, 27 goal difference lead over 5th-place Leverkusen going into today.

3rd is kind of a disappointing finish given their lead at the halfway point of the season though.

2 points clear after MD 17, last held the lead after MD 19.

I see your point, but I preferred to see them in with a win & a higher seeding pot, than squeezing in on GD.

Unless you win the league, your league finish doesn't affect what pot you go into. That's all based on UEFA Coefficient, which is based entirely on results in Europe, not league results.

Then, RBL are currently 32nd, which will not help:

Just scored a goal that probably puts Leipzig in the CL semifinals!

Amazing! Deflected off a defender, but as they say in baseball, thats a line drive in the box score.
