that is awesome. is that their coach egging them on?
never underestimate how loud a constant "whoah" can sound
its not their coach - its the fans leader - they do it every game
we were about 3000 strong and wearing colours and drinking in their bars and expecting a ruck - but everywhere we went they clapped us and invited us to sing with them
they did it in the streets - and in the ground during the warm ups (they will stop in a minute we thought )
they sang from the first minute and when we went 1-0 up they surely would stop- Ghaly 32 mins
wrong - it got louder
Berbatov 62 mins 2-0 - best player on the pitch - even louder !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
he went off and they stood up sang and clapped him off (louder)
we won 2-0 and they stood up and clapped and sang us off - even louder
fantastic - we hardly sang cos we were listening to them - absolutey awesome
I have heard the Kop when it was terrace and it was quiet compared to that !!!!!
i will (eventually) post the video where they won the noisiest crowd in history - listen to that !!!

Galaxy T'll I DIE
Im Galaxy t'll I DIE
I know i am
I'm sure i am
Galaxy t'll i die!
Kinda like that 'walk alone' song -- as far as I know, that one wasn't written by Liverpool supporters.
Definitley not written by Reds' supporters

I got the idea from Agnostic Front - Gotta Go. It's the very first verse:
original song:
From the east coast to the west coast
Gotta gotta gotta go
Two sounds of a revolution
Gotta gotta gotta go
In our hearts in our souls
Gotta gotta gotta go
United we stand devided we fall
Gotta gotta gotta go
My idea:
From the Open Cup to the domestic League
Gala Gala Galaxy
Two cups that belong to us
Gala Gala Galaxy
In our hearts and in our souls
Gala Gala Galaxy
Tonight we'll win, the others will fall
Gala Gala Galaxy
And we could add a handclap in there, drum whatever. Just maybe i was thinking another verse would be good after.

We gotta start with things that people know. There once was a time in the Ottoman Empire where Besiktas wasn't so loud, over time people learned the songs and now the songs are famous and everybody knows them.
I think we gotta start with the 'greatest hits' modified for Galaxy or not, and get people to follow, then pitch in our songs and mix them up. Kinda like that 'walk alone' song -- as far as I know, that one wasn't written by Liverpool supporters.
Oh, and that video's awesome.

we ever try this one?
Galaxy T'll I DIE
Im Galaxy t'll I DIE
I know i am
I'm sure i am
Galaxy t'll i die!
I like it - but with "L.A." in place of "Galaxy".
I want to put this one out again
That one's cool too (I was for it the first time).
I'd switch "domestic league" to something else. Maybe to wherever the MLS Cup is being played that year...
Or I think last time I suggested something like "From Camarillo to Orange County".

I like it. It was also featured in the movie Green Street Hooligans - but it was West Ham 'til I Die.

Sweet, I haven't seen that movie yet. I know many English teams use that chant (Colchester United is where I heard it first). I don't think it'd be too hard to pull off.

See, here's the problem with copping that kind of 'tude. I'm not looking forward to having this conversation:come and have a go at riot squad aggro !!!!!!!!
we are yellow we are green - we are the LA mean machine

Guy Who Looks Like Extra From American History X: Stay, varlet! Art thou in the Riot Squad?
Me: Yeah. Got the scarf and everything.
Guy Who Wants To Be English, See, So He's Speaking In Shakespearean Iambic Pentameter: Then prepare thyself for fisticuffs and strife!
Me: Huh? No, see, we're not hooligans, we just sing like them.
Guy, Actually Quoting King Lear As It Happens: Kill! Kill! Kill! Kill! Kill! Kill! Kill! Kill! Kill! Kill!
Me: Hey, that was my favorite artery. (dies)
Guy: A triumph! Who doth seek to challenge next?
Don't wear cowboy boots if you can't ride a horse, and don't sing like a hoolie if you can't win a fight.

That will never work in LA, we don't have enough supporters... We need a gimick that will look cool with only a handful of people... I have the answer below!!!copy this
