Anyone know where they're training this week?

Does this place look familiar?

We are good enough to beat the best teams, and bad enough to lose to the worst teams.

Anyone know where they're training this week?  Game's at MetLife, they must be training locally.

Yankee Stadium: the most unique soccer venue in America!

If you scan YouTube looking for Bradley Wright-Phillips, youll find numerous goal compilations, a few interviews and, eventually, an excerpt from the grime mixtape series Lord of the Mics.

Apparently Brazil is arriving in Jersey City.

Bradley Wright-Phillips "I prefer it at Red Bull Arena, but it was OK. I could imagine it being good for a baseball crowd.

They not staying at the W in Hoboken? Most South American National Teams stay there i.e Argentina, Colombia have.

I seem to remember seeing some National Team (can't remember which, it was a couple years ago) staying at either the Westin or Marriot in Newport.

What I heard. Third hand.

Ecuador plays this Friday and they've stayed at the W in Hoboken in the past, so I'm guessing they'll probably stay there.

The Westin in JC is also popular with visiting sports teams - I once saw the Arizona Cardinals staying there. I'm guessing either the US or Brazil will stay here.

I hope Sean Davis gets a January call up.

I agree. He deserves a look. He has been such a good player for us.

Davis has been a solid, if unspectacular, presence in our central mid. That type of player might get results in Concacaf (although not guaranteed...see this qualifying cycle).

Going forward that should not be enough to warrant a look from our NT. And I say this as a fan of Davis.

Agreed, maxes out as a taller Dax with less bite on defense and a better shot.

Davis may be in that perfect sweet spot where hes very good, but just not good enough to go to Europe (as in a European league thats a clear step above MLS). He could be here for a very long time as a staple of our midfield.
