2 weeks in and only 2 clubs have secured 6 out of 6 points. Liverpool and Arsenal, who happen to be playing each other at Anfield on Saturday.

To me, this season so far feels like itll play out exactly the same as last year. Liverpool builds a modest lead on City atop the table, which City will slowly chip away at and, ultimately, overtake. Hope thats not the case.

That's one way to spin the announcement.

The alternatives are endangering crowds or canceling/postponing the season indefinitely, wreaking havoc on future seasons. The former is a non-starter at the moment but can obviously change if somehow the virus goes away quickly. The latter is far easier to do with events that happen once every four years like the Euro or the Olympics.
