Absurd.

Where's Vancouver for pre season?  I'd think both teams would prefer to stay on the west coast.

VANCOUVER, BC - Vancouver Whitecaps FC confirmed on Thursday their 2017 preseason plans, which will include their first-ever trip to Wales at the start of camp in January and their fourth consecutive visit to Oregon for the annual Portland Timbers preseason tournament in February.

Players will depart for the United Kingdom on Monday, January 23.

The 11-day training camp, based in the county borough of The Vale of Glamorgan, will include a series of matches which will be announced in the coming weeks.

Is there any in this rout with authority to treat with me? Or indeed with wit to understand me?

Do we even have enough defenders to play these games?

"Play"

Lawrence/Bilyeu - Colin - Baah/Lawrence - Lade/Zizzo

That's the best attempt at a depth chart I've got. Also Baah is barely running right now.

Edit: You can do a bit better if you throw in RBNYII players.

Frankly, since I am merely a fan and a not a fancy American soccer writer, I'm going to congratulate Wright-Phillips on a well hit goal. If I was an American soccer writer, I'd claim that the recently retired Henry was wearing an invisibility cloak and carried the ball into the net for the obviously unskilled Wright-Phillips.

Seems like we may not even have a full front office.  Any sightings of Ali in Arizona?

Baah just got on a treadmill a few days ago for the first time since last summer. Don't think he will be playing anytime soon this pre season

Don't worry guys, Ali is busy scouting pickup games all over the city to find a few centerbacks.

He was loaned up from RBNYII last season so he could get some CCL minutes. Don't think he was ever signed.
