Thanks. Exact same story. I sent an email the other day and it's been radio silence. I've gone from, "That jersey's pretty ugly," to "I want my free jersey!" Pretty weak if Adidas / Red Bulls don't come through.
Received an email that they "haven't forgot about me". Will be customized and shipped in a "few weeks."
Hard to complain about free, but not exactly "one of the first to receive the new kit".

I figure Adidas ran the promo and needs some time to create and send them out so don't want to badger them or seem ungrateful for a free jersey. The lack of communication after the "You Won" email, then filling out my information via Google Forms was a bit sketchy. Zero confirmation email or tracking number provided also leaves me feeling kind of skeptical.
I'll give it another week or so then reach out to RBFO.
I sent an email to both the adidas Real Knows Real email address and Red Bull Fan Services this morning...received responses from both saying the giveaway is in fact legit and "a customized jersey should be on its way in the coming weeks."

i got my yellow kit today. it looks really nice, much nicer in person. i usually wear size L in any jersey, but the rbny authentic jerseys in the past have run a little snug. Luckily this one fits great.
