-- Invite your friends to the Facebook event.
-- Print a poster and get it put up at your local soccer bar or wherever.
-- Don't forget the post-AGM party at the new SmallBar on Fullerton (1415 W. Fullerton), 8pm. Good chance to chat to the new board and catch up with folks.

"If you are first you are first. If you are second you are nothing."
"I don't approve of your methods."
"Yeah, well... you're not from Chicago."

Will they be open? Did they pass?

We passed Health Inspection last Wednesday, December 30. So that was big
Then we got a text today at 6:45am that we were getting inspections today between 10am and 2pm … we’d been trying to schedule these reinspections for weeks now.
So after some scrambling around, this is the verdict:
New Construction PASS
Electrical PASS
Plumbing CONDITIONAL PASS
HVAC FAIL! due to more complications with this dish hood that got sprung on us at Task Force
So damn close. Still wrap all this up this week and hopefully have that place open by Friday, January 15

Yes, they will be open. Their Twitter status says so!Will they be open?
It's a great space, by the way, and they're going to be running buses to Fire games in conjunction with us (in fact, they've offered to sponsor us), so this will be a great chance to check them out.
We'll run some classic games and maybe do a raffle or something. And drink.

I'm going to need help from someone for the AGM. We're going to need someone to take minutes. If you enjoy that kind of role, we could use you at regular meetings as well but for starters it's essential at the AGM.

Is there some form of public transportation to Toyota Park available for the AGM?
Orange line to Midway and then a bus...not sure which one right off hand...will drop you off at the corner of 71st and Harlem. Just a short walk from there.
