(1) herculez gomez on X: "Record reporting that Jonathan Rodriguez’ days as a Club America player are numbered. An unnamed MLS club and ‘Cabecita’ have already come to terms. Any guesses on where in MLS he lands? https://t.co/I2x8BPAM4X" / X (twitter.com)

Jonathan Rodriquez to MLS? Look at pic the upper right of the newspaper... a clue?

Gregore being sold to Botafogo...

This quote from MLS EVP cracks me up... MLS basically saying that Miami roster compliance will occur - the old Garber funny money check book is being dusted off.

2.5 mil something like that plus they free a max salary off their cap sheet. They still have some work to do but I bet the guy in the league is saying what he is because he knows deals are in motion. Like he had that quote and what 12 hrs later gregore is sold

While I will still push for James Rodríguez and cross my fingers for that hoop dream, the signing of Gjengaar had my curious to look up other youngsters...these guys are fun to watch and outclass opponents. They are worth going out and getting even if it means opening the purse strings.. I specifically looked for guys that aren't household names, yet... They might be more accessible that way

Allen Obando https://youtu.be/a_r...tLWeHLwh6DS8zmY at 17 he's already a playing for the Ecuadorian side Barcelona.. Fast and great in the air and hs poise beyond his years. He could start for Metro today and be a improvement over Elias and Barlow and probably Vanzier..
He's a complete Center Foward and worth spending lots of money to get. He's already very serviceable and impressive and only getting better, will likely be a huge deal in the future.. He'd be the best striker Metro have had since the GOAT BWP and probably put up his numbers.

Matija Popović https://youtu.be/ceV...ljgqBol1Uh_An9q really tall attacking Mid from Serbia, great with the ball at his feet and faster than you'd think a 6'4" player should be...he reminds me a lot of Amado Guevara with his dribbling and with his height he can play as a second striker or CAM..
I just want Metro to win a title sometime in my lifetime.

Juanda Fuentes 20yr left winger

Fuentes plays in 2nd division Belgium. Played for Colombian U20s and played for Barcelona B team. He signed for The Belgium side in August. His skill set is very similar to Luquinhas but more willing to shoot from outside the box. Amazing technical ability on the ball better than any current Metro except maybe Forsberg as seen below.

Oscar Perea 18 yr old left winger

Left winger Oscar Perea has already cut his teeth in first division football in Colombia in a Atlético Nacional side that's floundering and rebuilding and probably willing to cash in to add veterans. Perea has lightening speed and great finishing for a winger. With his balance and speed and his willingness to run at defenders and dribble the ball from within deep of his own half and finish the plays with a final pass or shot he is very similar to Almiron. Check out some of his highlights below

Last but not least the guy I think who could not only start for Metro like the other players above but I think be league MVP easily..

Juan José Córdoba.. 20yr Left/Right winger

The kid will be the right wing Luis Díaz.. He can play on either wing but lately his manager at Deportivo Cali has used him on the right. He already has 5 goals and 3 assists in 7 matches to start the season. He'll be the future of Colombian football. His change of direction and timing and 1v1 are extremely similar to Luis Díaz from Liverpool and he is clutch in front of goal.
