1 Portland bc of Gio.

2 I hate Philly (the city) more than most, but at least if the Union win theres hope for the NYRB model.

3 RSL

4 Only worse would be DC

Disagree on the last one. I'd rather have DC win another cup before NYCFC.

If NYC gets one before Red Bull their fans will chirp about it endlessly.

Youre probably right.

Would really only want it if Petke was coaching.

Same exact sentiment here, wish Petke was still there. Rooting for Portland at this point. Also, as much as pains me to say this, since it was NYCFC, I wanted Arenas to lose to them after his debacle on the national team. Set the record in points in MLS just to lose in the first round of play-offs. Pretty fitting.

RSL and their no coach, MLS ownership v NYCFC on a baseball field would make me laugh.

Hoping it's Gio and Portland.

Portland's whole situation makes me...burn with envy. PTFC x LAFC is kinda how I envision Metro with motivated local ownership. RSL winning it would be huh-larry-us.

RED. BULL. OUT.

Same, Arena is such a smug d-bag that I thoroughly enjoyed his team being knocked out in their first game.

If NYCFC wins MLS cup are you still going to enjoy that?

Yea, seriously. I have hated Boston sports collectively my entire life and I was nothing but sick to my stomach seeing that result.

We all live in a present where RBNY has never even won an Eastern Conference championship.

We are good enough to beat the best teams, and bad enough to lose to the worst teams.

No team as far East as us, in any sport, has ever hoisted a Western Conference trophy, though!

The Atlanta Braves have won 5 NL West titles.

Harrison/East Rutherford is quite a bit further East than Atlanta

Eleven. Did the entire team celebrate by licking public doorknobs or something?

If you scan YouTube looking for Bradley Wright-Phillips, youll find numerous goal compilations, a few interviews and, eventually, an excerpt from the grime mixtape series Lord of the Mics.
