i like omir better as well but muyl strikes me as someone who can press better for longer.  omir is the better option off the bench to run at tired legs.

There are no certainties in life except for death, taxes and Alex Muyl and Sean Davis completely running out of gas just after the 60 minute mark.

Meara needs to start this game, I think Robles race may be run. Looked so much more solid with him starting on Saturday.

if Robles and BWP can't go - who's the captain?  I'd guess Davis?

It was Meara last week. Personally, I'd like it to go to Davis or Royer.

Gimme Captain Taxi. One of our most important players since he got here, and when being sold was coming up, he said being team captain here was something he wanted to achieve. If this team wants him here (happily) for a few more years, they should put proper amounts of respect on his name. How many other guys are the best in MLS at their position?

10, exactly.   Unless you mean just in our team.    Then I'd just say him and maybe Aaron Long.

Yeah I actually agree. Kemar plays with an intensity unmatched by anyone on the current roster. Would love to see him get the armband

This semantic slap is what I deserve for editing the "on this team" out of the sentence, thinking it redundant. CAP'N KEMAR ALL THE WAY.

Snarky, but it gave me a good laugh

Atlanta on 5 straight shutout wins. Josef knocking home the penalties. Fans back to acknowledging superiority over all other supporters. Selfies on Mt Everest, while Notre Dame burns, at Omaha Beach etc., in the 5 stripes are back on instagram. Boiled peanuts taste good again.

Say what you will about the sides they beat, but consider the dross weve lost to, as well.

Them and City Lite look good. Big test on Sunday.
