If he's been drinking any of the product, that's got to take its toll eventually.

Smart bartenders dont drink.

We are good enough to beat the best teams, and bad enough to lose to the worst teams.

Even the SJ Quakes ownership gets it that you need to open up your purse to be competitive in this version of MLS. WTF does it take for our us to get this sort of treatment??

Things looked good when we got him.

Then Valot and Duncan got injured.

We needed a difference maker on the wing and another outside back during that summer transfer window. Everyone and their mother knew it.

We got Ivan.

Red Bull either:

A. Hasnt figured out that you only pencil in the cream of the crop from the academy/RB2 as a starter (Miazga, Adams, Long).

B. Doesnt care to spend on REAL players to full in the remaining roster holes.

I think it's mostly B

Miazga's last yr, they had Ouimette and Andrew-Baptiste. Perrinelle blow his knee out. Miazga sold.

In comes Baah, and the bad start in '16, Collin acquired. No solutions at outside back other than shifting Zizzo there the previous yr at MTL, aka "The Slap Game". Collin Duvall Zizzo Taxi Zubar were the defenders who played more than 1500 mins that yr.

'17 was one yr where it was just a jumbled collection of defenders that served as a backline in both 4man/3man.

Cincy just sold a minority stake at ~$500mm valuation.  So we have a market price of at least that (probably significantly higher than that)

one of their new owners is female, so I think an NWSL team is in the future.

imo, Dieter won't sell. not while he's still alive.

I dont see rbny selling but it would be nice if rbny gave season ticket holders a say on how the club is managed.

There are a lot of little things that would go a long way from the customer experience, selecting teamn uniform/swag, and electing a club president and sporting director every 4 yrs. Obviously rbny will have to fit within red bulls framework but they would be better advocates for rbny to get a dp or when Leipzig wants to purchase the next tyler adams.
