Brian White had a goal, assist and a save tonight. Has to be a first in professional soccer in the United States, no?

Brian White with a reverse Eddie Gaven!!!!!
Scored a goal, then Louro received a second yellow. White took over in the net with 13 minutes to go AND made some big plays! Also had an assist!

Huge 5-1 win tonight.

Jared Stroud with a hat trick to add to his frequent assists.

Amando Moreno added the other (also almost had an incredible bicycle goal but offsides was called). I have no idea how we haven't signed him back to the first team yet.

it is wild, he looked great all year including preseason. We have a ton of injuries and games coming up. No reason why we shouldn't see him and Casseres called up for a couple of games.

Casseres looked good tonight. I have not been a big fan of him for most of the season but had some decent plays tonight. Still would give the nod to Tinari over CCJ but CCJ is signed to the first team already so he'd likely get the minutes.

Probably didn't have an assist in that game

Slot in Moreno for Valot on the first team.

Frankly, since I am merely a fan and a not a fancy American soccer writer, I'm going to congratulate Wright-Phillips on a well hit goal. If I was an American soccer writer, I'd claim that the recently retired Henry was wearing an invisibility cloak and carried the ball into the net for the obviously unskilled Wright-Phillips.

If you scan YouTube looking for Bradley Wright-Phillips, youll find numerous goal compilations, a few interviews and, eventually, an excerpt from the grime mixtape series Lord of the Mics.

Right, but he definitely shouldn't be.  Don't we get an extra spot if we move Valot to a season-ending injury list?

Realistically, there's no way Moreno gets playing time. Valot being out just means more minutes for Bezecourt/Etienne/Muyl. Plus the addition of Andreas Ivan.

Why not more playing time for Mines?? If Moreno cant cut it, lets use the resources available to us.

Mines had a leg injury two RB2 games ago. Didn't play against Richmond, prob held out to recover.

I agree with you knowing the coaching staff.  But I am also unsure at this point if Muyl and Etienne are that much better than Moreno since his defensive work rate appears to have improved from his first period with the club.

Looking at Muyl in USL games this year vs. Moreno in USL games, Moreno deserves the contract.
