My double calf strain has eased although I'm still in a healthy amount of pain.
Yesterday was what LARS is all about.

This tournament has been awesome.

I even enjoy sitting back with a beer in hand and watching the matches when B&G is not playing.

However, I'm glad these games are every other week because my old ass would not be able to do this week in and week out.

If you're not creepin', you're not trying...

I was doing a full 90 weekly on Sunday plus 5 hours a week during the week until I was 40.
