MC Demps tried to make it a one man show. When Jozy scored, he didn't kiss the badge on the front, he pointed to the name on the back of the jersey. Right now, this "team" is lacking in what it needs to win this tournament.

My club team is playing during the second half of the US v Jamaica game. I'm kind of thinking I'll be okay missing it.

Guadaloupe isn't bad. Heck, if France had not discovered Henry, he'd have started against the Yanks tonight!!!

Is getting out of the group phase and losing in the quarters enough to keep the Boob employed?

On loan to Leeds from Aston Villa.

Jamaica might roll this team and smoke it...

Is it that bad that I'd rather root for the other Donovan (Ricketts) on the G's in this tournament?

Fuck that was more painful to watch than the 0-0 SKC debut game last week on the same field. I hate you Bob Bradley! We'd be better off with Ruud because at least we would outscore the fucking 3rd world countries 12-5 in 3 games instead of 4-2.

That game last night was a big fat meh...

One overall positive to take away from that game is the return of the back line stability.

Jozy's pointing to the back of his jersey annoyed the hell out of me...

Dempsey's nonchalant attitude annoyed the hell out of me..

The lack of energy to start the 2nd half annoyed the hell out of me..

Jones played well, as did Eric Lichaj and Steve Cherundolo.

However, the way the team is playing right now I'm not sure they have enough to get past Jamaica...

If you're not creepin', you're not trying...

I've been to a US v. Jamaica game before.

It was qualification round for WC 98.

Jeff Agoos made a weak pass right across the front of our goal mouth, and Jamaica scored.

There are a lot of similarities between this team and the WC 98 team.

just watched the game. is it safe to say Bob has lost control of the team?

Altidore is playing for himself, which is fine to some degree as a forward.
Dempsey is ignoring anything Bob tells me.
Landon is not the leader of this team.
and i won't forget Jones taking his jersey off during the Panama game and straight out ignoring Bob.

its time for Bob to go. (it was time for him to go before the WC)

Also, subbing Jr with less than 10mins left did nothing for the team. maybe 30mins left would have done better, but i refuse to think he was doing this to make the team better. it felt more of a "see, i sub my son out too" kinda thing. I'm not a fan of this father/son relationship. I want to see Edu/Jones tear up the midfield.

I was VERY impressed with Lichaj

A double dose of impression. Who's the regular left back? Don't matter. I want more of this kid.... til he sucks. Eddie Johnson had a big game once.

But a very impressive performance from him.

We. Are. Not. Good.

Seriously, in a must win game to probably save his job, BB started Wondo to provide an offensive spark, and Sasha is our first option off the bench. This just isn't a very good team.

BB subbed off Jr. to make sure he didn't get a dumb yellow and get suspended for the next game.

Lijac was awesome, though.

There are a lot of similarities between this team and the WC 98 team.

Both teams had to deal with shit coaching. Fire Bradley. Even if the team lifts the cup in this tourney; FIRE BRADLEY!
