1. Great job on the Henry Tifo.

 

2. For his last game of the year, a thought. (assuming he does retire, but, who knows)

 

Take the banner as is, leave the Arsenal & RB Badges.

 

Color the rest of the banner black & red stripes, color in his face/hands (just so they stand out against the background of the stripes).

 

Re-word to

 

"From Les Ulis to NYC...[top]

in yellow letters. (it's an alt color in our red/black scheme, and it's more readable on that background. Les Ulis is where (Paris) he was born).

 

Alternatively, other options:

 

nous nous souviendrons toujours (We Will Always Remember)

 

 

He always talked about his internal motivation for excellence being that he had a father who demanded perfection of him. Something like "You Made Us All Proud" or "You Made Your Father Proud" might work, but, maybe that's a bit personal. 

 

Anyway, great job.
