I think a lot depends on what happens with the 9th seed and where we are in June.

If we fall 3 points from the 9th seed struber should get fired.

If by june we are not in the playoff picture, then he should be fired.

The 9th seed? That the target for this team? Shields, first place in the East, these should be our goals. I understand that cant happen every year, but going from 4th in the East to finishing in the last playoff spot, which honestly shouldnt even be a playoff spot, should not be a way to keep your job.

It's not the target. The target is MLS Cup.

The team is still playing hard and we actually look better than last season.

We have just been unlucky in front of the goal. But if we continue to create chaos in front of the net we will score.

Last game showed a lot of promise with harper creating a lot of width. It gave fernandez, burke, barlow, and casseres space to operate in the middle. We need the samething to happen on the right side. Duncan has been poor this season.

I love the optimism but I haven't seen anything that suggests a Struber coached team has a higher ceiling. I was in favor of giving him more time, but it has literally been the same thing every game. Sure we looked a little better against Houston, but it was still the same story.

Ill take your word for it, I didnt watch the match. I do know our only goal came off a set piece and that Ben Olsen came in and got a point off us. Should also be noted that A LOT of teams have looked good against Houston and Ben Olsen teams in general.

If Vanzeir is on a rocket headed for the center of the sun this is a playoff bubble team caliber roster without extremely good luck health wise. And that's already not happening with Tolkin & Morgan missing chunks of the year.

I don't expect this roster, especially without a DP striker to win anything.  But we saw Carnell come in for Armas and turn what looked like a bad roster around.

I've been given a reprieve this weekend as I'll be out of the country on a warm beach and thus unable* to watch this game.

*actually I'll have a VPN but I'd rather drink and be happy for a weekend as opposed to drink and be unhappy while watching this team

No need for a VPN, all MLS games are available worldwide with the new Apple deal. No excuses, you must watch lol

Will be in AC for this one. Hopefully the Caesars Sportsbook at Harrah's has MLS Season Pass on DirecTv for business and I can watch both at the same time.

Only exception to this would be if you had an Android mobile phone and you are on the road and away from a bar. There is no Apple TV app for Android mobile phones unfortunately.

Android user here. Apple TV works fine in browser, although it's ridiculous that they don't have an Android app.

no morgan no Luq

Ngoma making strides but doesn't seem like he is ready.

Struber and Barlow are aware of what they need to do.   More connection, more and better runs in the box.

Bradley Wright-Phillips "I prefer it at Red Bull Arena, but it was OK. I could imagine it being good for a baseball crowd.
